K of C Fish Fry

Join the community for a Lenten Fish Fry dinner sponsored by the Knights of Columbus. Come to Lux Mundi Hall from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm for baked/fried fish, mac and cheese, coleslaw and more. Plus the Ladies of the Knights will have a desserts table.

Stations of the Cross

Stations of the Cross will happen in the church at 7:00 pm. Immediately following the Stations on 3/15, 3/22, 3/29, one episode of the series FORGIVEN: The Transforming Power of Confession will be shown on the screens. (approximately 30 min.)

Archdiocese End of Life Planning

Come to Lux Mundi Hall after any of the weekend Masses to hear a brief presentation about the Catholic Church’s end of life teachings and information about Catholic funeral planning. The Catholic Funeral and Cemetery Services of the Archdiocese of Denver will be presenting and available for questions. Coffee and pastries will be served.

Prayer in the Square

Join the faithful each First Saturday at Prayer in the Square for Respect Life. We pray for God’s love and mercy and for peace in our hearts and in the world and for the healing and sanctification of our Church. We will meet at 10:00 AM at the large LOTW sign on Bowles and pray a Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet.

Fishers of Men

Samaritan Sunday

Children’s Hospital Blood Center and the Knights of Columbus invite any parishioner at LOTW to donate blood at this event. The bus will be in the west parking lot from 8:30 am to 12:15 pm. To schedule an appointment, call Frank Seagren at 303-979-2175.

Come join us at 7:00 PM for an hour of praise, worship and adoration! Our monthly Lux Mundi is on the second Thursday of each month. All are welcome!

Join us after all Masses for refreshments and fellowship! You’ll also be able to find information about the various ministries at Light of the World.

The Men’s Club of LOTW hosts men age 18 and above to help them seek out their faith. The meeting will be at 8:00 am in the Community Center. Coffee and donuts are provided.

This month is the Winter Clothing Collection. Please bring new or gently used men’s and women’s coats, jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweaters, underwear, socks, blankets, jeans, boots, hats and gloves. Items can be dropped off at the Holy Family Center before each weekend Mass.

Blessing of the Animals

To commemorate the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the saint who loved and cared for all God’s creation, bring your pets for a blessing on the front lawn of the church at noon.
