Trunk or Treat

Dress up as your favorite saint and come to the upper east parking lot after the 5:30 pm Mass (about 6:15 pm). The trunks will be spread out and everyone will walk one-way through the parking lot.

The Men’s Club of LOTW hosts men age 18 and above to help them seek out their faith. The meeting will be at 8:00 am in the Community Center. Coffee and donuts are provided.

Fall Men’s Retreat

The Knights of Columbus will be hosting the Fall Men’s Retreat in Lux Mundi Hall from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The retreat “Spiritual Warfare and Healing” will be led by Fr. Matt and some special guests. Please RSVP by November 1st, to Larry Cross at lecexam@gmail.com.

Prayer in the Square

Community Sunday (modified)

Meet online at 9:30 am to discuss topics such as job search strategies during the pandemic and how to navigate the challenges of getting and conducting interviews during our current situation. Join after all Masses for a modified version of Community Sunday. There will still be food and drinks, plus an opportunity to learn about different events happening this summer and fall.

Join the faithful each First Saturday at Prayer in the Square for Respect Life. We pray for God’s love and mercy and for peace in our hearts and in the world and for the healing and sanctification of our Church. We will meet at 10:00 am at the large LOTW sign on Bowles and pray a Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet.

Blood Drive

This month is the Winter Clothing Collection. Please bring new or gently used men’s and women’s coats, jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweaters, underwear, socks, blankets, jeans, boots, hats and gloves. Items can be dropped off at the Holy Family Center before each weekend Mass.

The Knights of Columbus Council 12567 along with Children’s Hospital Blood Center will have a blood drive in the west parking lot from 8:30 am to 12:15 pm. Please contact Frank Seagren at franknronnie@msn.com to schedule an appointment.
